Easy Pan Pizza

 1 ¼ cups Warm Water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
 1 tbsp Active Dry Yeast
 1 ¼ tsp White Sugar
 3 cups Bread Flour
 3 tbsp Olive Oil
 1 ¼ tsp Salt

  1. Gather all ingredients. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C), and lightly grease a pizza pan with vegetable oil.

  2. Place warm water in a bowl; add yeast and sugar. Mix and let stand until creamy, about 10 minutes.

  3. Add flour, oil, and salt to the yeast mixture; beat until smooth. You can do this by hand or use a stand mixer fitted with a dough hook to make it easier.

  4. Let rest for 5 minutes.

  5. Turn dough out onto pan and press the dough out by hand to fill the pan. Make it very thin on the bottom 1/8th inch or 3mm with thicker at the edges.

  6. Spread crust with sauce and toppings of your choice.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
